Devonshire Homes hosts charity Coffee Morning across all sites

13 October 2016

Local independent house builder Devonshire Homes is supporting Hospiscare with fundraising Coffee Morning events in October at its head office in Tiverton and its developments throughout the county.

Staff are preparing to rise to the occasion, as sales executives at its Barnstaple, Chulmleigh, Cullompton, Bovey Tracey and Kingsteignton developments will be bringing in sweet treats for visitors to its marketing suites to enjoy. Head office staff will also be hosting a Coffee Morning for those passing by its Tiverton office. All profits from the Coffee Morning will go to Devonshire Homes’ nominated charity, Hospiscare.

Since March 2016 Devonshire Homes has raised an impressive £4,000 for Hospiscare, and sales and marketing director Jane Pearce is delighted to be supporting them with the fun and sociable Coffee Morning:

“All our staff are getting ready to show off their baking talents at our Coffee Morning on Friday 21st October. Once again our staff have been fantastic at helping us achieve our charity goals for Hospiscare, so everyone’s getting involved whether they’re baking it or faking it.”

Jane continued:

“Sales executives across all our sites will be putting the kettle on for visitors, so why not pop in for a slice of cake between 10:30am and 12:30pm on Friday 21st and find out more about the properties currently available.”

As well as supporting a variety of fundraising activities like the Coffee Morning, the house builder donates £50 to the charity for every open-market sale. In 2015, Devonshire Homes’ staff were awarded for raising the most money per employee by Hospiscare.

All of Devonshire Homes’ developments will be participating, including Rivel’s Green in Cullompton, Ladywell Meadows in Chulmleigh, Kilnwood in Kingsteignton, The Tors in Bovey Tracey, and Westaway Reach in Barnstaple.
