Notice of Administration
On 18 June 2026, Sarah Collins and Jonathan Marston of Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators of Devonshire Homes Limited in administration (the “Company”). The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.
The current sites included in the administration of the Company are:
- The Grange in Bideford; and
- St Michael’s Reach in Penzance.

In addition to the Grange and St Michael’s Reach, the Company was previously also the main contractor at various development sites listed below. The Company has ceased its arrangements as main contractor at these sites and is no longer involved with these developments. The appointment of A&M as administrators relates solely to the Company and not to any of the other Devonshire Homes branded related entities.
