Experienced Customer Service Manager required
As an industry leading regional house builder a vacancy has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our expanding team.
Reporting directly to the Construction Director the role will entail the organising and day to day running of the Customer service department which includes the administration team and customer service technicians. There is a requirement to maintain the first class customer service already experienced by our customers, organise 12 month defects inspections for our RP's, produce board updates and enhance the customer journey. The above is not exhaustive but provides an overview of the requirements.
The successful candidate will preferable have previous experience in running a busy department, be adaptable, have knowledge of using web-based systems, have the ability to analyse customer feedback, be flexible in their approach, be articulate and well-presented.
They will be well organised, self-motivated with a can-do attitude and focused on running an effective, efficient team motivated on getting things done right the first time. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering an industry leading quality customer service.
The full time position will be based at our Head office in Tiverton and will command a competitive salary, car allowance or company car, pension and 25 days annual leave.
Salary will be commensurate with experience .
