Plot 46 is a semi-detached freehold house with a slightly different design to our usual Marshall housetype and the floorplans shown below are to be updated shortly. In the meantime, do ask our Sales Executive for more details. Plot 46 will be the same size house, and because it is semi-detached, with the back wall against it's neighbouring property, there are a few changes.

The kitchen/breakfast room is still to the right of the hall way & the French doors shown have been omitted and a window on the side wall added. The living room is to the left of the hallway in Plot 46, with French doors to the south facing, turfed, rear garden on the gable end elevation. Upstairs there are also a few windows located in different positions. The single garage and parking spaces for two cars will be alongside Plot 46 as the development plan shows.

The south facing garden will be turfed, and there will be great views towards Dartmoor in the distance when the sun shines!
