Sales Executive required to join our team, based in Wincanton.
Devonshire Homes has a vacancy for full time Sales Executive to join our team on a temporary 6 month basis, at an executive development of new homes in Wincanton.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary role will be to achieve market sales in accordance with set targets. You will work closely with your Sales Manager and the on site Construction team.
Those wishing to apply should have a proven track record and knowledge of the new homes industry.
The successful candidate will be customer facing; have excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads and be should be computer literate.
As a Sales Executive you will be self motivated; have the ability to work alone and equally as part of a team.
This role is Thursday-Monday inclusive.
The role will be based in the Wincanton area and come with a competitive salary with uncapped commission.
