David is a Chartered Accountant and worked for BET plc and the British Technology Group before entering parliament. He was a government minister for eight years, serving in the Foreign Office and as Paymaster General in the Treasury. David has been a director of LDT since its formation, and nonexecutive chairman since 2006.
Daniel has over 15 years’ experience in both commercial and residential development. Prior to joining LDT Daniel was property director at Montpellier Group Plc. Daniel has responsibility for the Group and its development activities.
Owen has 25 years financial management experience in commercial and residential property development, management and investment. He has a BA Joint Hons in Law and History and is a Fellow of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants.
Tony joined the company in 2017 to steer it through its next ambitious growth phase. He has been leading development projects for the UK’s biggest housebuilders for over 27 years, and is responsible for overseeing all operations, from land purchase to customer service.
Jane is the Sales and Marketing Director with over 25 years’ experience in property development and is responsible for the Sales department and Marketing activities at Devonshire Homes. Joined the company in 2009 and was made a Director in 2015.
Ian joined the company in 2010 as Construction Manager and progressed to Construction Director in 2015. With over 35 years of construction and property development experience Ian heads up the Construction and Customer Care departments.
After previously being Senior Surveyor at Devonshire Homes from 2004 to 2010 Cris re-joined the company in 2013 as Development Manager and gained promotion to Director in 2015. With 22 years of housing development experience Cris heads up the Commercial and Technical Departments.
As a non-executive Director Guy brings a wealth of experience to the board which extends from land purchase through to construction. Guy founded Devonshire Homes in 1992 and has remained on the board since LDT acquired the business.
