David is a Chartered Accountant and worked for BET plc and the British Technology Group before entering parliament. He was a government minister for eight years, serving in the Foreign Office and as Paymaster General in the Treasury. David has been a director of LDT since its formation, and nonexecutive chairman since 2006.
Owen has 25 years financial management experience in commercial and residential property development, management and investment. He has a BA Joint Hons in Law and History and is a Fellow of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants.
Peter brings over 30 years of senior board level experience with major companies specialising principally in residential and mixed use development. He was formerly with Fairview New Homes Plc and McCarthy and Stone. Peter is an Architect by profession.
As a non-executive Director Guy brings a wealth of experience to the board which extends from land purchase through to construction. Guy founded Devonshire Homes in 1992 and has remained on the board since LDT acquired the business.
Jane has over 25 years experience in property development. She joined the company in 2009 as Head of Sales and Marketing and was made a Director in 2015. Jane is now Joint Acting Managing Director.
After previously being Senior Surveyor at Devonshire Homes from 2004 to 2010 Cris re-joined the company in 2013 as Development Manager and was made a Director in 2015. Cris has over 22 years of housing development experience and is now Joint Acting Managing Director.
