Sales Executive appointed at new homes site Gwallon Keas, St Austell

The West Country new homes developer, who is bringing forward an eagerly anticipated new homes site in St. Austell, has appointed sales executive Amanda James to launch this exciting new development.

Amanda will be the point of contact for house hunters looking to find out more information on the two, three, four and five bedroom homes coming to Devonshire Homes’ Gwallon Keas development this spring. The experienced Sales Executive will see customers through the entire buying journey from the first initial meeting and show home viewing to the point of completion.

Currently based at Your Move estate agents at 10-10a Victoria Place, St. Austell, PL25 5PE, Amanda can give potential home owners more information on when the new homes will be released for sale and what house styles will be available. Amanda can also explain how the Help to Buy and Devonshire Move schemes can be used to purchase a Devonshire home.

Construction at Gwallon Keas, which acquired its name from the nearby Gwallon Down and the traditional Cornish word meaning ‘enclosed by a hedge or fence’, is well underway with the show home expected this summer. As the third collaboration between the Housing Growth Partnership (HGP) and Devonshire Homes, Gwallon Keas is on schedule to deliver 190 new homes which includes an affordable homes contribution.
