Free furniture worth up to £8,000 when you move into your new home

Partnering with the UK’s largest interiors services provider, David Phillips, Devonshire Homes is offering the furniture package on selected plots from January 2020. Potential homeowners can benefit from a voucher worth £6,000 when reserving a two bedroom home, £7,000 when reserving a three bedroom property or £8,000 for a four bedroom house.
This brand-new incentive will give Devonshire homeowners access to over 3,000 items of furniture, mattresses, appliances and accessories, with the option of commissioning bespoke products too. From full furniture packages to stylish, individual pieces, customers have complete flexibility over how they spend their furniture voucher.
One home that will benefit from this incentive is the popular three bedroom Webb house style on plot 85 at Ladywell Meadows.
