Coronavirus Customer Update
5 January 2021Following the Government announcement on 4th January 2021, we can confirm that all of our construction sites will remain open.
In accordance with the Government guidelines surrounding the national lockdown, you can still move home during this period and house hunters can still search for and reserve properties.
Although our Marketing Suites will remain open strictly by appointment only, we strongly advise that customers book a telephone or video call appointment with us. This will keep footfall in our Marketing Suites to an absolute minimum, protecting both our staff and customers, in addition to ensuring only essential journeys are made.
We are offering appointments via a video call to make your home buying journey as easy and as safe as possible. If you do not have access to a video call system, our Sales Executives will be happy to discuss your requirements via a telephone call.
If you need to visit a Marketing Suite, please make sure that you book an appointment before you travel. If you arrive without a booked appointment, you will be turned away. During your appointment with our Sales Executives, we will continue to implement our COVID-19 safety policies, ensuring that the correct social distancing and safety measures are followed.
You can book a video, telephone or face-to-face appointment by calling or emailing our Sales Executives at the relevant site. If you are purchasing a house with us, you will be contacted directly by a Sales Executive to discuss arrangements for your legal completion.
