This new digital experience represents our continued commitment to enhancing the customer journey through innovative technology.
The interactive walkthrough, created by Theo at Helix Dimension, brings the executive development of 31 high specification homes to life well before construction reaches completion. Working from our technical drawings and architectural data, Theo transformed the plans into a fully navigable 3D environment – allowing prospective buyers to explore the development directly from their computer or mobile device.
Users can “walk” through the completed streets, gain a feel for the layout, and enjoy accurate visual representations of the finished homes. This level of immersion provides an invaluable tool for customers who may be comparing plots, assessing key features, or simply wishing to better understand the setting of their future home. The smart time-of-day toggle even lets users adjust lighting conditions to see how natural light moves across the development throughout the day. This added layer of detail supports better-informed decision-making and gives customers confidence as they consider their ideal home within the development.
