How the scheme works

Once you've found the home for you at any one of our developments, make our Sales Executive aware that you are a Blue Light Card holder. It's important that you do this before you reserve your home.

We will then offer you a discount of up to 3% off the price of your new home, capped at £15,000. For example, if your chosen plot is on the market for £300,000, a 3% discount would be £9,000.
