Due to continued expansion Devonshire Homes are seeking to recruit an additional Land Manager. This is a full time position and will report directly to the Managing Director
This role is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial Land Manager to join an established company as it embarks on its ambitious growth plans. Working in a small, dynamic team, this role will offer exposure to the Board and offers a real chance to help steer the company to achieve its goals.

You will be expected to be well versed in the strategies required for successful development; from identifying and acquiring sites, developing and optimising layouts and designs to maximise value, identifying and mitigating risks, achieving planning permissions and delivering a comprehensive handover to our department teams.
As Land Manager you will have responsibilities for the delivery of proposed site planning permissions. You will be involved in the appointment and management of a professional team of architects, engineers, environmental, ecological and planning consultants to ensure that when our planning submissions are made all of their inputs are accurate, feasible and will achieve a successful granting of planning.
You will be expected to monitor the progress of the planning process, responding to consultee comments and liaising closely with our in house Planner.
