TECHNICAL ENGINEER


Due to continued expansion a new position for a full time Engineer to join our team is available

Are you a driven and detail orientated engineer looking to make a tangible impact on complex infrastructure projects? We are seeking a Dynamic Engineer to join our Technical Department, with a specific focus on cut and fill analysis, drainage design, retaining strategies and Mass Haul/Mass Material Planning (MMP)

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate and efficient cut and fill analysis for large scale construction and housing developments
  • Design and assess drainage strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
  • Provide technical input into the design and detailing of retaining walls and structures
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of Mass Haul/Mass Material Planning (MMP) documentation optimizing earthwork logistics and material balance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, cost effective, and sustainable solutions
  • Taking the lead in organising Ground investigation and analysing existing GI reports



What we are looking for:

  • A degree in Civil engineering or a related field
  • Strong experience in earthworks design, drainage, and geotechnical solutions.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Civil 3D, AutoCAD, GIS or other earthwork/digital terrain modelling tools) a good working knowledge of AI and the benefits this can bring to the industry.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a keen eye for detail
