Sales Suite opens its doors to showcase Chulmleigh development
3 June 2016Doors are opening for house hunters who have their eye on a brand new home in the charming Devon town of Chulmleigh.
Sales executive Oonagh Reffell will be on hand at Devonshire Homes’ Ladywell Meadows development to showcase the range of properties being built on the site at Leigh Road.
A temporary marketing suite opens from Thursday June 9th, and a show home will be ready for visitors later in the summer.
The development of 31 units, currently under construction, features two, three and four bedroom styles and includes affordable homes.
In the early stages of the development the Tiverton-based house building company and their architects sought the opinions of local residents, and their preferences are reflected in the final property designs.
