Devonshire Homes awarded 'Outstanding in Customer Satisfaction 2018' by In-House Research

We are delighted to announce that Devonshire Homes has received the highest award possible for customer service from an independent UK-wide research company.

In-house Research, who carry out customer satisfaction surveys on all Devonshire Homes open market purchases, awarded Devonshire Homes ‘Outstanding in Customer Satisfaction’ in the most recent survey. In-house Research work with 75 new build home companies and Devonshire Homes were one of only two companies to receive the ‘Outstanding’ accolade. We are thrilled that we have been recognised as one of the two ‘outstanding’ companies. We strive to deliver a high-standard of customer service, working hard to ensure that all of our customers who are buying one of our new homes has a smooth and stress-free experience.

Thomas Weston, Chief Operating Officer for In-house Research said:

“There are many awards out there with too many winners which devalues them, so we’ve set out with the intention of creating something which celebrates only the very best. We set the criteria high so only those who achieve exceptional levels of customer service can be recognised as “Outstanding”. And it’s not just a sample based survey – the survey is conducted over the telephone and contact with every customer is attempted resulting in a response rate of over 60%, ensuring that the integrity of data and results is second to none.”
