13 homes reserved at Gwallon Keas, St. Austell, after busy opening weekend1 November 2019
Independent West Country house builder Devonshire Homes has announced that 13 new homes have already been reserved at its much-anticipated St. Austell site, Gwallon Keas.
Recently, the developer welcomed an abundance of house hunters to its launch event which officially opened the doors of two show homes and a Marketing Suite. Having been amongst the first to look around the impressive three bedroom Perran and four bedroom Dawson show homes, visitors took the exclusive opportunity to reserve their future homes at the event.
Gwallon Keas, Devonshire Homes’ first Cornwall site, is a collection of 200 homes. Working in partnership with the Housing Growth Partnership (HGP), Devonshire Homes will offer a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom properties, including an affordable homes contribution. The two show homes are now open daily from 10am to 5pm for potential homeowners to see the space, quality features and attention to detail that sets these homes apart.
