An update on The Grange, Bideford
24 March 2022We’re celebrating another milestone for our upcoming North Devon site today. We’ve officially completed on land off Manteo Way in East-the-Water, Bideford.

It’s full steam ahead now on this 18+ acre site as we look to commence groundworks in April.
The development, named The Grange, will bring 225 much-needed new homes to the area. Offering a mix of one, two, three, four and five bedroom homes, the site will also include 45 affordable homes.
Devonshire Homes will also be making a number of financial contributions towards local education, Special Educational Needs and the skatepark, totalling just under £1 million pounds.
