Sell out success as last homes snapped up at Tarka View, Crediton

12 April 2023

We are delighted to announce that Devonshire Homes’ popular Crediton site, Tarka View, has now reached completion.

All of the site’s one, two, three and four bedroom properties have now been sold with homeowners settling into life in this thriving community, surrounded by Devon countryside.

Launched in 2017, Devonshire Homes has enjoyed strong sales at this site with homes being snapped up fast thanks to their convenient location which offers the perfect blend of countryside living with the convenience and amenities of a traditional market town.

Michael and Rachel moved into their new house at Tarka View in 2020. Despite the Coronavirus pandemic being in full force, that didn’t stop the couple from moving into their first home together:

“Our home was already carpeted and tiled throughout so it was ready for us to move into as soon as we put the offer in” said Michael. “I would definitely recommend Devonshire Homes to others looking for a high-quality new build property. It’s the little things that really make Devonshire Homes stand-out as an approachable house builder.”

Jane Pearce, Sales and Marketing Director at Devonshire Homes, commented:

“We’re delighted to announce that all of our homes at our Crediton site, Tarka View, have now sold. It’s been a pleasure to welcome homeowners into their new homes over the last five years and we look forward to seeing this new community continue to thrive.
“If you’ve missed out on one of our homes at Tarka View, don’t worry! We still have other new homes under construction across the South West with several new sites in the pipeline too. Why not make an appointment at our Bovey Tracey site, Longston Cross, which is our nearest site to Crediton?”

We currently have new homes for sale in five popular locations across Devon and Cornwall: Applegate Park, Kingsbridge; Longston Cross, Bovey Tracey; The Grange, Bideford; Five Lanes Close, Altarnun and Gwallon Keas, St. Austell.
