Devonshire Homes appoints KingsLand Property and Land Agents at Dancing Green, Wincanton

Working alongside Devonshire Homes Sales Executive Kay Floyd and Sales Manager Sarah Hall, the property experts at KingsLand will assist in handling customer enquiries for the first, high-quality new homes coming to Dancing Green.
Dancing Green will see 31 high-quality new homes built for house hunters, seven of which will be affordable. Work on site is well underway, with the first homes and Marketing Suite all set to launch in late spring 2024.
The new development will offer a mix of four and five bedroom homes with the affordable homes being two, three and four bedroom homes. Offering homes for all types of buyers, the site also benefits from easy access to the A303, connecting Somerset with Devon and beyond.
