Devonshire Homes exchanges on land for Phase 2 at Longston Cross, Bovey Tracey
21 March 2024Devonshire Homes are delighted to announce that today, they have exchanged on land in Bovey Tracey to commence Phase 2 at their Longston Cross development.
This latest scheme will bring a further 119 new dwellings to this popular development, including 40 affordable homes. The homes to be built here will be a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom properties, designed in the new premium and energy-efficient Legacy Collection house styles.
