21 March 2024

Devonshire Homes are delighted to announce that today, they have exchanged on land in Bovey Tracey to commence Phase 2 at their Longston Cross development.

This latest scheme will bring a further 119 new dwellings to this popular development, including 40 affordable homes. The homes to be built here will be a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom properties, designed in the new premium and energy-efficient Legacy Collection house styles.

Managing Director of Devonshire Homes, Angus Cook says, "We are delighted to be bringing more high-quality homes to Bovey Tracey. Phase 2 will provide continuity for Devonshire Homes, building upon the success of phase 1, where all properties are now reserved. We look forward to hitting the ground running with phase 2 and sharing more news on how this development progresses in the coming months".

In addition to providing much-needed new homes, Devonshire Homes is proud to contribute £2.1 million in Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) payments, supporting the local community's growth and vitality.

Ideally located close to Bovey Tracey's town centre, Longston Cross borders open farmland that climbs up to the rugged beauty of Dartmoor and its most famous landmark, Haytor Rocks. Click here to learn more.
