Sell out success as last home is sold at Applegate Park

All of the development’s two, three, and four bedroom houses and bungalows have been sold and we’re extremely proud to have brought much-needed new homes to this wonderful community in the heart of South Devon. 🏡
Launched in October 2020 as a joint venture with LiveWest Devonshire Homes has enjoyed strong sales at the site, despite facing many challenges including the covid-19 pandemic and a cost of living crisis, creating economic uncertainty for many.
