An exciting new chapter begins at The Grange

We celebrated the release over the weekend by welcoming prospective buyers to The Grange, where they had the opportunity to discover more about our latest homes. Visitors enjoyed stepping inside our beautifully presented Bideford and Modbury Show Homes, speaking to our team about tailored moving schemes, and relaxing with refreshments while imagining life in their new Devonshire Home.
This phase offers a carefully designed collection of two, three and four bedroom homes ideally suited to a wide range of buyers. We’re especially pleased to bring back some of our most popular house types from previous phases, including the stylish detached Bickleigh, alongside the semi-detached Bideford and Bicton home styles - all of which proved firm favourites with our customers.
