International Women’s Day 2026: Celebrating the women behind our homes
6 March 2026Building new homes across the South West takes teamwork, expertise and dedication, and many of the people driving that success are the talented women across our business.
On this International Women’s Day, we are celebrating the recent promotion of Clare Acarnley, our newly appointed Head of Sales.
Clare’s energy, industry knowledge and commitment to supporting her colleagues embodies the International Women’s Day ‘Give to Gain’ ethos. Her promotion recognises both her professional achievements and the positive impact she has on her team.
Clare commented: “I am excited to step into this role as Head of Sales. My focus is on strengthening our sales strategy, supporting our team and ensuring we continue to deliver an excellent customer experience. Developing our people and maintaining momentum across our developments will be key priorities for me.”
In an industry that has traditionally been male-dominated, we are also proud to recognise the women who help shape our developments, support our customers and strengthen our business every day.
