New Show Home opens for Westaway Reach at Pilton
15 April 2016Tiverton house builder Devonshire Homes is unveiling its show home on its new Westaway Reach development at Pilton on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th April and visitors will be treated to cream teas.
The house has been decorated and furnished by a local interior designer and the gardens landscaped to showcase the 42 three and four bedroomed homes that are being built on the site opposite the North Devon District hospital on the edge of Barnstaple.
Strong demand for this development with purchasers looking to buy off plan has already been received by Liz Makeig, the on site Sales Executive, with five full reservations and eight early bird sales taken to date. The first owners are expected to move into their new homes in the next couple of months.
