Marketing Suites and Show Homes now open for appointments only
22 May 2020In line with the Government’s updated guidance to the housing and construction industry, our Marketing Suites and show homes are now open across the West Country for appointments only.
We have finalised our new policies which implement the necessary health and safety measures to safeguard both staff and visitors in light of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Visits to our Marketing Suites and show homes are by appointment only to ensure that the correct social distancing measures can be followed during each visit. We’re looking forward to welcoming house hunters again to our high-quality new build home sites, but please do make sure that you book an appointment before you travel.

One of our Sales Executives will respond to arrange the date and time of your visit. When you arrive for your confirmed appointment, signage will encourage you to wait until our Sales Executive invites you into the office and guides you through the safety measures that we have in place. Sales Executives will always remain two metres away from you.
Following the briefing you will be able to visit the show homes, this viewing will be unaccompanied. Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the Marketing Suites and show homes. A thorough cleanse will take place after each appointment.
