Devonshire Homes signs-up to the New Homes Quality Board’s new code of practice18 January 2023
We’re pleased to announce that Devonshire Homes has signed up to the new code of practice from the New Homes Quality Board, becoming an early adopter of this code which champions high-quality new build homes.
This code will be applicable to all new homes reserved from 2nd January 2023.
The New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) is an independent not-for-profit organisation set up to benefit you, our customer. The Board oversees the quality of new build homes and the customer service provided by developers like Devonshire Homes. The new code of practice provides enhanced protection to buyers as it ensures that housebuilders meet a range of requirements from when a customer visits the Marketing Suite through to two years after the legal completion of the home.
Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction is incredibly important to Devonshire Homes, and we’re proud to be an early adopter of the new code of practice. It will ensure that our reputation as a high-quality housebuilder continues to grow and that our customer service continues to be celebrated following achieving a 100% recommendation from our customers in 2021.
