Devonshire Homes Receives Approval for New Homes Development in Penzance
17 April 2024Devonshire Homes is thrilled to announce that Cornwall Council has granted a resolution to proceed with a new homes development in Penzance. The project, situated on land at Trannack Farm, marks a significant step forward in addressing the area's housing needs.
The development will see the creation of 320 new homes, 96 of which will be affordable, and underscores Devonshire Homes' commitment to providing accessible housing options while contributing to the local community's growth and sustainability.
In accordance with the Government's National Design Guide (2019), Devonshire Homes has meticulously crafted the project to harmonise with the site's character, embrace sustainability, and foster a sense of place.

The project has garnered attention for its exceptional design, with Devonshire Homes partnering with John Pardey Architects to refine the scheme. The dedication to excellence has resulted in a development poised for recognition, as it is nominated for a prestigious design award.
