9 February 2026Tina, one of our newest homeowners at Mariner’s Haven, was delighted to share her experience of purchasing her new home.
She explained that the service she received from everyone at Devonshire Homes was fantastic, saying:
"Hayley greeted me at my new home on the day I moved in and immediately made me feel welcome. She showed me around the house and explained everything I needed to know. Her knowledge of the property was outstanding, and honestly, my home is even better than I ever expected. Hayley has stayed in constant contact and is such a positive, warm, and lovely lady."
The warm welcome on completion day made a big impression too. Tina recalled:
"As I walked into my beautiful new house, I was greeted with a fantastic hamper containing local treats, champagne, and a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the windowsill. It was such a thoughtful touch and instantly made the house feel like home."
She has also been impressed with the support she received after moving in, praising both the Customer Service and Construction teams. She shared:
"I've also had fantastic support from the customer care team. I’m in contact with Claire who is absolutely brilliant she responds quickly to emails and always keeps me updated. Andy the build boss and his team have gone out of their way to make sure I’m informed every step of the way. Communication throughout has been excellent."
Tina went on to leave a glowing review of her new home, stating:
"The build quality of my house is amazing with so much attention to detail throughout. Everything feels high quality from the kitchens to the bathrooms and it’s completely different from your average new-build home. You can really see the care and pride that’s gone into the finish."
She concluded with heartfelt appreciation for everyone involved in building her home:
"I cannot thank every single person enough all the brilliant builders, groundwork men, plumbers, electricians, roofers, and everyone involved for building me my dream home. Mariner's Haven is the most beautiful place I have ever lived. I genuinely never want to move from here. It’s absolutely stunning, and the houses are so unique nothing like your typical new-build homes. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you all for making our dream come true."
